Awaken and align to your true power. Hypnosis is a relaxation technique coupled with powerful suggestions introduced to your subconscious while in a hypnotic state. While in the hypnotic state your brain waves change and suggestions implanted into your subconscious mind when in this level of consciousness are nothing short of powerful. Hypnosis is commonly used for areas in your life that can make you feel stressed and powerless, such as weight loss, smoking cessation, pain management, stress, etc. Hypnosis can be used for phobias you want to overcome as well. Fear of driving, flying, water, you name it chances are I can do it. Smoking & Weight management it is suggested to commit to the 4 session package offered at a discounted rate. These behaviors are deeply implanted in your psyche and there are a lot of contributing factors as to why your habit are hard to stop. Emotions, convenience, stress, etc are some things that make these habits harder to combat in one session....however, everyone I have worked with has seen results with their outlook, motivation, and habits in 1 session. **If you are committing to the 4 session package for smoking cessation or weight management it entails this: ** SMOKING CESSATION schedule session one, schedule session two 2-4 days after first session, schedule session 3 5-7 days after second session. Schedule fourth session as needed or 4-8 weeks after third session. WEIGHT LOSS schedule session one, schedule second session 5-7 days after first session, schedule session three 5-7 days after second session, and schedule fourth session as needed or 4-6 weeks from third session. It is recommended to schedule your appts in advance. I cannot guarantee space each week if you do not. I typically am booked out a few weeks to a month at this time. Take that into consideration when scheduling and feel free to reach out if you need help with scheduling or coming up with a plan of action. We got this.

Cancellation Policy

My cancellation/reschedule policy states that if you wish to reschedule or cancel your session you must do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Anything less than 48 hours will result in full loss of payment. Anything under 48 hrs notification doesn’t leave me much time to fill the space and it can result in a loss of wages for my work day. I am very understanding of emergency situations and will use my discernment. Chronic cancellations and reschedules will result in me not being able to put you on my schedule. I have a no refund policy at this time.
